Our Helpdesk is run by a team of professional, friendly and supportive people who will provide you with technical IT support as and when you need it.
We will actively encourage you to ask any ‘How do I do that?’ IT questions – these can be from the very easy to the real head-scratchers.
Our comprehensive call logging system can record and track your support history, including keeping an inventory of the equipment you have purchased, and setting reminders for software and warranty renewals.

Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Our offices are closed at weekends and on all UK Bank/Public Holidays.
At certain times of the year – such as around Christmas and the New Year – we may provide a reduced service.
